CANCELLING, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
- If for some reason after you have made your purchase you decide you want to cancel, you have 2 hours to do so by email at (shop@mielsisters.com) please specify in the subject that you wish to cancel your recent order.
Due to the intimate nature of our sweet products we cannot exchange or accept returns on purchased underwear, unless there is a factory defect on it. If that’s the case, please send us an email at (shop@mielsisters.com) specify in the subject that it’s a defect return and we will send you a pick up tag and a replacement.
